Job Description
A growing portfolio of companies operating in the Oil & Gas and Real Estate industries is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support the CFO across a range of financial and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings strong organizational skills and critical thinking to their work. Prior experience in oil and gas is not required, but a willingness to learn the industry is essential. Responsibilities Process accounts payable, including coding and filing invoices Perform bank deposits and maintain accurate financial records Assist with office management and administrative duties Support the CFO with various tasks as needed Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong overall computer literacy Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Effective communicator, both written and verbal Ability to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
