Job Description
Part-Time Bookkeeper We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and experienced in managing bookkeeping functions along with daily office operations. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Maintain accurate financial records and reports Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions Assist with payroll and invoicing Maintain organized filing systems and office records Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide administrative support Order office supplies and assist with office management duties Support management with reporting and general office coordination Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of QuickBooks experience required Previous bookkeeping experience required Office management or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Ability to multitask and work independently Professional communication and customer service skills Schedule Part-time position Tuesday through Thursday Benefits Friendly and professional work environment Opportunity for long-term growth We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and takes pride in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.
