Duties Perform data entry and maintain accurate records with Sage software. Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation. Payroll AIA BIlling Requirements Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft or Ceridian is highly desirable. Strong understanding of financial concepts including debits & credits, double entry bookkeeping, and general ledger reconciliation. Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Paychex and payroll management procedures. Knowledge of GAAP standards and experience working within corporate or governmental accounting environments. Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; proficiency in 10 key typing is preferred. Ability to analyze accounts, perform account reconciliation, and prepare detailed financial reports. Strong organizational skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
