Company pays 100% of health insurance premiums for employee AND family, and offers other great perks for employee such as a 37.5 hour work week.

Responsibilities include:

Accounting duties plus full-cycle AP, payroll, payment prep, filing, and record keeping. etc. Tax reporting and investment statement reconciliation Quarterly trustee reporting Set up new vendors in database and manage updates Onboarding new employees Provide support to 8-10 tenants in company-owned building.

Qualifications include:

2-4 years bookkeeping (or office manager with bookkeeping responsibilities) Organized, accurate, and comfortable working with sensitive financial information, and meeting deadlines Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude Proficiency using Microsoft Office Experience using Sage 50 a plus Some college preferred #INDD #ZR
