Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain and determine the appropriate general ledger coding of transactions Create journal entries and prepare financial reports on a timely basis Code invoices, set up new accounts and reconcile accounts in the accounting system Reconcile bank accounts at least monthly, verify deposits and address bank inquiries Reconcile cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts; manage accounts receivable collections. Verify and/or complete payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensure payments are charged to the appropriate accounts. Process ACH payments and wires Print and mail checks for vendor payments, check requests and reimbursements Process billing invoices for various Texas offices Verify and process 1099 vendor forms annuallyExperience:
