Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for individuals that possess drive and initiative. Someone who will connect with our mission of serving the Veteran patient. As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small-Business (SDVOSB), we recruit candidates that will go above and beyond for our veteran community. This will allow you to experience the challenges, rewards, and opportunities of working for one of the country's largest Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small-Businesses.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage assigned customer accounts. Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts. Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment status. Document collection activities and account communications. Develop trusted relationships with partners and customers. Maintain accurate customer account records. Research and resolve account discrepancies affecting payment. Investigate unpaid invoices, deductions, short pays, credits, and disputed balances. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment barriers. Reconcile customer accounts as needed. Support organizational objections through proactive account management. Identify accounts requiring escalation or support. Monitor payment trends and communicate emerging risks. Assist leadership with aging analysis and collection reporting. Support month-end and year-end accounting activities as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
