Job Description Review and process invoices and related cover sheets from various departments, inputting all data into the accounting system (SAP S/4HANA). Prepare operational expenditure payment batches. Review and verify departmental expense reports to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company policies. Process store gift certificates. Verify and reconcile store and other related reports. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the US. Equivalent experience and bookkeeping knowledge a plus, BUT not required. H Mart provides an extensive training program; candidates with basic office experience will be considered. 4-5 years experience working in a professional, detail-oriented office environment. Comfortable navigating basic computer software (training for specific business software will be provided). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with computerized accounting or ERP systems (such as SAP R/3 or S/4HANA Cloud) is a plus BUT not required. Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
