We specialize in strategic academic development, test preparation, and college admissions consulting for motivated students in grades 5-12. Our programs focus on building strong academic foundations while helping students achieve long-term success through personalized guidance and high-quality instruction. About the Position Taylight Academy is seeking passionate and dedicated Math and Science instructors to work with motivated middle and high school students.

We are currently hiring for:

Math Instructor (SAT Math, AP-level Math) Science Instructor (Biology, Chemistry, Physics-including AP level) Instructors will teach 1:1 sessions and small group classes, helping students strengthen their understanding and improve academic performance. Responsibilities Teach students in 1:1 and small group settings (up to ~5 students) Provide instruction in:

Math:

SAT Math, Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, AP-level Math Science:

Biology, Chemistry, Physics (including AP levels preferred) Support students in mastering key academic concepts and problem-solving skills Track and communicate student progress Provide structured and engaging lessons aligned with student goals

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree (completed) Strong background in Math or Science subjects Prior teaching or tutoring experience

Preferred:

Experience teaching SAT Math or AP-level courses Strong understanding of U.S. academic curriculum Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively
