This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task , and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and reports Assist with job costing Handle vendor and customer account inquiries Track expenses, budgets, and project-related costs Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting systems Support month-end and year-end closing processes Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

Must have significant QuickBooks experience Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience required Construction accounting experience is highly preferred Strong understanding of job costing, billing, and project accounting is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Strong multi-tasking and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Bilingual is a plus

Pay:

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
