Accounting Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team in Dripping Springs, Texas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting month-end processes. Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions, including reviewing and entering invoices accurately.
• Manage accounts receivable operations, including invoicing and collections.
• Handle cash applications and ensure timely posting to appropriate accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Maintain financial data integrity within accounting systems, including NetSuite.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
• Support billing functions and ensure invoices comply with company policies.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on financial activities as required.
