PS6PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The scope of his/her responsibilities is to assist with posting journal entries, budget preparation, revisions, and bank reconciliations.QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or GED and business school Competent in Mathematics Experience with personal computers Cooperative and dependable College hours in accounting preferredMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Input budgets and amendments via on line computer system. Assist in maintaining a filing system of financial documents. Assist with posting investment transactions and preparing reports. Assist with bank reconciliations and receipts. Assist in posting all journal entries for finance department. Assist with opening and distributing mail. Assist with preparation of budget documents. Be able to communicate with staff regarding deficiencies in their purchase orders or payment authorizations. Reconciles monthly tax collections reports. Performs all duties in a safe manner to avoid injury to oneself and/or to others. Performs other related duties as assigned.EQUIPMENT USED
