Associate Responsibilities Accounts Receivable:

Review and post customer invoices daily to maintain a healthy cash flow.

Accounts Payable:

Record incoming vendor invoices accurately and manage all aspects of payment processing.

Banking & Treasury:

Handle critical banking functions, including the execution and management of ACH transfers, wire transfers, and remittances .

Logistics & Freight Billing:

Oversee all freight billing activities, which include processing shipping costs and providing comprehensive analysis of expenses by vendor.

Sales Tracking:

Maintain and update the internal Monthly Sales file on a daily basis to provide real-time data to leadership.

Internal Controls:
