Job Description

Dental Accounts Receivable Specialist Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM We are seeking an experienced Dental Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our corporate billing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands dental insurance, billing workflows, and most importantly, has strong experience in AR follow-up and collections. We are a fast-paced, high-volume dental group committed to strong systems, accountability, and exceptional patient care. Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of dental billing and accounts receivable experience Strong understanding of: Insurance claims EOBs Deductibles Downgrades Insurance aging Hands-on experience with: Accounts receivable follow-up Payment posting Insurance adjustments Patient balance reconciliation Ledger auditing and accuracy Must understand that claims require consistent follow-up, appeals, and resolution Experience contacting insurance carriers and documenting claim statuses Comfortable working within a Practice Management System (PMS) Open Dental experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate ledgers What We're Looking For Organized and dependable Strong follow-through and accountability Able to work independently and within a team Critical thinker with problem-solving skills Thrives in a fast-paced environment Benefits Health benefits Dental discounts Paid Time Off (PTO) Stable Monday-Friday schedule Growth opportunities within a growing organization
