This Opportunity:
As an Accounting Assistant you will work closely with senior management and internal team members to ensure that company goals and missions are met.

Responsibilities:
General Office Organization Filing, Scanning, Mail distribution, Phones Vendor Account Statement Research and Reconciliation Payment Processing Retrieving and distributing invoices Cross Train to Support Other Accounting Functions, Payroll, HR/Benefits and Accounts Receivable. Other duties as needed/required What you need to succeed: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience (work or school) AS/BS or University degree in accounting, finance or related discipline Mid to High proficiency in MS office As a committed equal opportunity employer who strictly maintains a drug-free workplace, the company conducts pre-employment criminal, drug, and social security screening.
