AP/AR Associate

Titan Services is looking for an exceptional person to fill the position of Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate at our Grapevine headquarters. This is an entry level position. The Accounting Team has decades of experience and will patiently train you in each of your job duties. You will also learn the critically important industry of logistics. Office hours are generally M-F 9a-6p (flexible). The Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate supports the Accounts Receivable Manager by recording vendor billings and invoicing customers in our internal system, reviewing shipments for accuracy, and resolving issues/discrepancies. Duties/Job Functions Enter vendor invoices in the AP system Maintain customer information in the AR system Investigate piece count/weight discrepancies Email vendors to request charges Generate invoices to customers for payment Ensure invoices are sent with all required support documentation Process credit card payments Email customers with past due invoices Essential Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Knowledge of Adobe software helpful At least 1 Year of accounting or relevant experience required
