AR/Payroll

Job Full Description Company looking for an Accounting/Payroll Specialist. This role will be responsible for full-cycle payroll processing while also supporting our accounting team with a focus on accounts receivable and credit functions . The ideal candidate will have strong payroll expertise, along with hands-on experience in AR, collections, and customer account reconciliation. Experience working in Sage 300 is strongly preferred.

Key requirements:

3-7+ years of payroll processing experience (multi-state preferred) Experience supporting AR functions, including cash application, aging review, and collections Familiarity with credit management and customer account oversight Strong Excel skills Experience with Sage 300 (preferred) Pay is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
