Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our finance team in Houston. The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with reporting tasks. This role requires experience with QuickBooks and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks Perform bank reconciliations Assist with month-end closing and reporting Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents Prepare basic financial reports for management Support internal teams with accounting data accuracy Assist with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks Qualifications Experience in accounting or bookkeeping role Proficient in QuickBooks Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (AP, AR, reconciliation) Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a plus Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance preferred Mandarin speaking preferred Why Join Us Growing international company with career development opportunities Hands-on exposure to real accounting operations Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to grow with the company This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking to grow their accounting career in a supportive and growing company.
