This role is responsible for managing all accounts payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and month‑end accruals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have experience handling high‑volume AP transactions.

Responsibilities:

Process 70-100 invoices per day with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Perform invoice matching, including purchase orders, receipts, and freight tickets Enter, review, and manage invoices within NetSuite Communicate with vendors, haulers, and suppliers to resolve billing discrepancies Prepare and process payments via ACH, wire, and check Reconcile vendor statements and support month‑end close activities Assist with NetSuite implementation efforts, including data validation and process improvement Required skills and qualifications: Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume invoice processing Familiarity with AI-enabled AP automation tools (e.g., OCR, invoice capture, and workflow automation) to improve accuracy and efficiency, preferred Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system (NetSuite preferred) Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software Background in construction, aggregates, recycling, or industrial environments preferred Working knowledge of purchase orders, freight tickets, and job costing Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent experience
