COPY LINK link Accounting Specialist The Accounting Specialist is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, including processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with reporting andpliance activities. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and adnce topany policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Prepare and post journal entries Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and sub-ledgers Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support audits by providing requested financial information Monitor expense reports and ensure proper coding and approval Assist with payroll processing and related reconciliations, if applicable Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding billing or payment issues Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (preferred) Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) Strong attention to detail andanizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Pay Details:
