is seeking a Multi-Client Bookkeeper to join our team who is positive, self-motivated and possesses strong communication, technical and leadership skills. This role will include managing multiple clients efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a public accounting or multi-client setting. Strong bookkeeping, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, or other accounting software programs. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to work extra hours during tax season (January - April), which is very fast-paced.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients. Process weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls. Perform monthly account reconciliations and financial reporting. Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Communicate effectively with clients to resolve questions and clarify data. Support clients with accounting software setup, training, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with CPAs and other team members to ensure accurate and timely client service.
