Job Description

Cash Application Specialist
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of experience in medical payment posting required Prior accounts receivable experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact professionally with internal and external contacts Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering) Comfortable using accounting or financial software and navigating electronic payment systems Professional phone etiquette
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed at a computer, requiring frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and data entry while sitting or standing at a desk.
