Part Time Accounts Receivable Clerk

Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk Layton, UT Part-Time | In-Office Only We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and personable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Layton. This is a long-term, part-time, in-office position with hands-on training provided. We are seeking someone who is trustworthy, professional, and comfortable working closely with both customers and our internal team. Responsibilities include receiving and entering customer payments in QuickBooks Online, pulling invoices, reviewing which contractor bills correspond with incoming payments, creating reports on outstanding balances, and following up with customers regarding unpaid invoices and payment updates. We are not looking for someone who sends robotic or automated-style responses from the QBO system. Strong customer service and personable communication skills are extremely important for this position. Candidates should have at least 2 years of Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable experience, along with experience using QuickBooks Online.

Position Details:

Tuesday & Thursday schedule 4-6 hours per day In-office position located in Layton, Utah Hands-on training provided Paid weekly via direct deposit every Friday for the previous week worked Please note: our industry slows down during the winter months (typically February-April), and during that time there may only be one work day per week depending on workload or none.
