Job Requirements Proven track record of great customer service Accountable and attentive to staying on top of work Exceptional attention to detail 1 year of client relations experience required Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Escalation resolution experience preferred Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products helpful but not required Project management experience helpful but not required High School Diploma or GED
