We are looking for an Accounting Specialist. The Accounting Specialist will work directly under the Finance Manager and help with Finance, Development and Investing. Responsibilities Maintain cashflow and coordinate loans Oversee project costs and job expenses and review for accuracy Ensure adequate internal controls and policies/procedures are being followed Accounts Payable and Receivable Processing invoices and vendor payments Manage all business and trade licenses Oversee all company insurance policies and annual insurance audits Entering financial data into accounting software Quickbooks Helping prepare financial reports and WIP (Work in Progress) reports Qualifications Effective communication skills and ability to fill out contracts and misc forms, using proper spelling, grammar and punctuation Work in a fast-paced environment 3+ years Accounting Experience Thorough understanding of accounting principles Demonstrated problem solving skills Ability to think on your feet, making effective decisions on a timely basis Highly Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel,) Able to use
