Position Overview for the

Payables Specialist:

Manage the accurate entry of invoice data into accounting systems.

Validate data and detect errors to ensure accuracy in accounts payable processing.

Utilize dual monitors and data entry skills to efficiently handle high-volume transactions.

Maintain high attention to detail throughout all tasks.

Support the company's financial operations with a focus on data integrity.

Requirements for the

Payables Specialist:

True AP experienced candidates only

HS diploma or GED

Data validation and error detection/correction

Accurate entry of invoice data into accounting systems

High attention to details
