Job Description

Role Completes accounting functions including accounts payable, purchasing, and vendor management. Processes onboarding and offboarding tasks as it relates to accounting and human resources for new and existing employees. Maintains and supports employee benefits enrollment. Major Duties and Responsibilities Completes accounts payable process Processes expense reports and purchase orders Completes certain accounting and HR related onboarding and offboarding tasks for new and existing employees Provides information and assists employees with benefit enrollment, eligibility, plan features, provisions, and other matters related to employee benefits Participates in special projects including internal audits and insurance reviews as assigned Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Follows established company policies and procedures, including but not limited to: Business Ethics and Standard of Conduct, Electronic Communications, Confidentiality and Privacy. months to 2 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES A
2-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school requiring approximately 64 credit hours

Work involves personal contact with customers and others inside and outside the organization, generally regarding fairly routine matters for the purposes of giving and obtaining information or instructions, updating or referring.
