Job Description
The Accounting & Payroll Clerk supports day-to-day accounting and payroll functions by assisting with data entry, recordkeeping, invoice processing, payroll administration, and customer service.
Assist with payroll processing and employee timekeeping records.
Enter and maintain payroll and accounting data accurately.
Process accounts payable invoices and help track payments.
Assist with accounts receivable and customer billing.
File and maintain financial records and reports.
Reconcile basic account discrepancies and research issues.
Respond to employee and vendor inquiries.
Support month-end accounting activities.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
