Job Description

Earn $75,000 - $80,000 + Super | Negotiable Based On Experience Join A Trusted Leader in the Medical Supply Sector in Richlands Perfect Opportunity for an Experienced Financial Administrator About The Company Our client is a well-established and reputable provider within the medical supply industry, with over 100 years of history supporting healthcare providers across Australia. They are known for their quality service, strong systems, and supportive team environment. About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to manage end-to-end financial administration while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations. Reporting directly to the Financial Director, some of your responsibilities will include: Managing accounts payable and receivable, including foreign currency payments Preparing and maintaining the general ledger and monthly management accounts Completing BAS reporting and supporting payroll and payroll tax processes Assisting with end-of-year reporting and liaising with external accountants Performing bank reconciliations across multiple accounts Monitoring and reporting on cash flow, overseeing debtors and supervising the Accounts Clerk Managing superannuation obligations and ensuring compliance with current legislation Partnering with management to identify opportunities to upgrade systems and drive cost and process efficiencies About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a similar accounts/finance role Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn internal systems The ability to work as part of a team and work autonomously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills communication and computer skills What's in it for You?
