Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to vendors.
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Utilize QuickBooks to maintain and update financial records efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure all financial information is accurately recorded.
- Handle invoice processing, verifying details and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in reconciling accounts to ensure financial data integrity.
- Generate financial reports as required to support decision-making processes.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to address payment-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and workflows.
