Job Description

Wyckoff Farms Inc is a vertically integrated Lower Valley agricultural organization in search of experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk. This position will work closely with departmental and accounting managers to ensure invoices are paid timely and recorded accurately. Job Summary The Accounts Receivable Clerk supports the accounting team by performing daily accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment posting, customer account maintenance, and recordkeeping for a large agricultural operation. This position helps ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions related to produce sales, services, equipment usage, freight, and other agricultural activities. Key Responsibilities Generate and distribute customer invoices as directed. Process and post customer payments, including checks, ACH transfers, wire payments, and credit card transactions. Maintain customer account information and update records as needed. Assist with monitoring accounts for outstanding balances and past-due invoices. Respond to routine customer inquiries regarding invoices and payment status. Organize and maintain accounts receivable files and supporting documentation. Verify invoice and payment information for accuracy and completeness. Assist with account reconciliations and discrepancy research. Support month-end closing activities by preparing reports and documentation. Coordinate with operations, sales, and accounting teams to obtain necessary billing information. Assist with audit requests by gathering supporting records and documentation. Perform general administrative and accounting support duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior office, bookkeeping, accounting clerk, or accounts receivable experience preferred. Agricultural, farming, produce, or operational business experience is a plus. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Experience with accounting software is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
Pay:
$17.13 - $21.00 per hour
