Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day AP operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This Accounts Payable Specialist role offers stability, hands-on exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with operations and finance teams.

Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and timeliness Perform 3-way matching (invoice, PO, receiving documentation) Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with check runs and ACH payments Support month-end close activities related to

Education:
