The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and supporting the overall financial operations of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks Basic knowledge of accounting principles Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines High level of confidentiality and professionalism
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping accounts Record daily transactions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Prepare invoices and track payments Assist with monthly and year-end financial reports Monitor expenses and maintain organized financial documentation Run payroll and other accounting-related tasks as needed Ensure records are accurate and up to date This role works closely with the Customer Service team and will also share some of their duties.
MENTAL & PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS
Ability to lift to 20lbs. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Great attention to detail. Must be self-motivated and able to multitask. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Sitting and/or standing for long periods of time.
