This full-time role reports directly to the Director of US Sales and Operations and plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. Key Responsibilities Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy, coding, and compliance with company policies. Prepare and process invoices for vendors, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Resolve payment discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries regarding billing and payments. Reconcile vendor statements and accounts, identifying and addressing discrepancies. Maintain accurate and organized records of all payable transactions. Collaborate with purchasing and receiving departments to resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies. Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and controls. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of state requirements for oversize/overweight licenses and permits is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with vendors and internal workgroups. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
