Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Cycle Counter/Cost Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and supporting cost accounting functions to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with various accounting software systems. Responsibilities Updates schedule daily in ERP system. Updates costs of raw materials. Prepares weekly price lists. Completes weekly and monthly cycle counts. Assists with period end inventory, including year-end inventory. Collects data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor. Analyzes data obtained and records results. Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic report comparing standard costs to actual production costs. Works on projects that come up and need attention, such as inventory problems. Other duties may be assigned. Strong Excel skills
