Job Description

Join our client's team as a Bookkeeper! We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable accounting professional to support our daily financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of bookkeeping, accounts payable, purchasing, and administrative accounting responsibilities while working in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Process and maintain Accounts Payable transactions Prepare and reconcile weekly deposits Review and process mileage reimbursement reports Coordinate purchasing activities, including office supplies and program-related purchases Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support the Finance Manager with accounting and administrative tasks Communicate professionally with agency staff, county personnel, vendors, and external partners Minimum Qualifications Associate Degree in Accounting or related field Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems Knowledge of governmental accounting principles preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional demeanor when working with internal staff and external partners
Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
