Payables and Office Administration Specialist Based in: Whitewater, WI 53190 Make an Impact from Day One Help safeguard financial accuracy while keeping the office humming. This role blends hands-on accounts payable expertise with practical administrative support—ideal for someone who values precision, efficiency, and teamwork. Your Core Focus Own end-to-end AP processing in alignment with internal controls and policies.
Maintain well-organized files:
invoices, receipts, approvals, and payment records. Contribute to month-end close through reconciliations and reporting inputs. Serve as a point of contact for vendors; research and resolve discrepancies fast.
Provide administrative support:
filing, data entry, and supply coordination. Collaborate across the team to streamline processes and elevate accuracy. Assist in budget creation and forecasting cycles as needed. What You'll Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting/finance is beneficial. Prior experience in accounts payable or a closely related accounting role. Detail orientation paired with strong organizational habits. Microsoft Office fluency, especially Excel; accounting software familiarity preferred. Comfort working both independently and within a fast-moving team. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Resourceful problem solver with a proactive approach.
