Accounting Specialist

Talento Search Group has an opening for an Accounting Specialistin the Summersville, West Virginia area. This is a direct hire, 1st shift position with a starting pay depending upon experience. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Ensure all AP / AR transactions are recorded promptly and accurately Generation of invoices, assist with expense reports, cash/cc transactions Assist with insurance, tax and legal documentation and reporting Preparation of financial reports Assist with review, implementation & revisions of regulatory requirements and internal procedures documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Cost Accounting practices. Industrial and/or Manufacturing experience Knowledge of Human Resources/Payroll transactions

Education/Professional Background:

Associates Degree in Accounting and/or a combination of college and 3 years experience with hands-on accounting Excellent communication skills through all channels Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing workload High level of dependability and work ethics
