Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized Accounting Manager to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. This is a long-term position at an accounting and management office for hospitality businesses with over 20 locations that have been established for over 25 years. Responsibilities Manage operations, greeting owners and managers and handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth Maintain organized digital filing system, including data entry and document proofreading. Manage accounting with Restaurant365 software through intergrades to bank account and POS feeds. Requirements Proven experience in accounting, office management and administrative roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications Familiarity with Restaurant365 or similar bookkeeping software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting Strong computer literacy including data entry, reconciling, proofreading, filing, and general office software use Exceptional phone etiquette combined with excellent communication skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with effective time management skills Be a self-starter by taking on task independently Work well with others, open minded, and willing to adapt to change Join us as an Accounting Manager and become an essential part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence!
