Job Description

Overview The Financial Assistance position plays a vital role in keeping the financial department and member accounts updated and free of errors, manages the donor management system, and supports the hiring process. This position contributes to the Club mission by creating a friendly atmosphere while upholding strong expectations for parents/guardians in relation to account needs. Additionally, the Financial Assistant 2 works closely with all departments to record, classify, and organize financial information and donor data. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the Bloomerang donor database (CRM). Track all Club and Foundation donations and issue appropriate tax documents and thank you letters. Process monthly ACH donations. Assist in managing the Daxko youth member tracking system ensuring membership information is up to date, fielding questions from parents, and helping bill for services provided. Complete month-end A/R reports and daily cash/charge reports and submit to CFO. Communicate with staff via email about updates regarding membership information. Assist in setup for monthly board, committee, and advisory meetings. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records. Reconcile cash and checks by printing out a MMS report for charges and payments, verifying the balance of cash taken in for the day, then complete currency sheet and submit to CFO. Assist with pre-boarding and onboarding processes including scheduling drug screenings, fingerprinting for new employees, prepare and submit employee and volunteer background checks, and report to DFS on all training needs. Other duties and reports as assigned. Skills Ability to work with a multitude of computer software. Knowledge of computers, Microsoft programs, Google Suite programs, and Quickbooks. Valid Driver's license. First Aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain. Ability to multi-task and task switch rapidly.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
