We are seeking a meticulous Accounting Clerk to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and job-cost tracking for our stable, 50-year-old enterprise. This position offers high autonomy, flexible hours, and direct collaboration with company ownership and executive leadership in a supportive, relaxed environment. What You'll Do Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders with receiving documents and material certifications, and manage payment runs. Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate customer billing, process milestone payments, and maintain prompt collection communication.
Job Costing & Inventory Support:
Help track raw material costs, labor allocations, and shop overhead across specific aircraft build jobs.
General Ledger & Reconciliation:
Reconcile monthly bank statements, credit card accounts, and assist with month-end financial closing.
Administrative Synergy:
Support office management, payroll entry, and record archiving with confidentiality and precision. What You Bring 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting clerk experience (manufacturing or job-costing environment preferred). Proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks, ERP modules) and Microsoft Excel. High accuracy, organization, and attention to detail when working with financial records. A team-first attitude and strong communication skills.
