Business Support Position Summary The Resale Disclosure Associate is responsible for processing closing packets received by the Resale Disclosure team, managing closing-related documentation and payments, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Open and sort title mail by date. Review closing packets and identify specific transaction types or communities as required. Scan and maintain closing documentation. Create future owner accounts within designated systems and update account information. Provide administrative and clerical support to the Resale Disclosure team. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures. Code, track, and maintain records of closing checks and payments. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. Strong computer and data-entry skills. Minimum Qualifications One (1) year or more of experience in administrative support, or a related field. Demonstrated customer service experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
