Bank Exception Services Associate

Seeking an Exception Services Associate to support daily bank operations by researching, processing, and resolving exception items while ensuring compliance with banking regulations. What You'll Do

• Analyze, classify, and process exception items in accordance with bank policies
• Handle legal requests including levies and subpoenas
• Prepare and submit Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) in compliance with BSA
• Research and resolve account or transaction issues for branches and customers
• Provide operational support and guidance to internal teams What We're Looking For
• 3-4 years of bank or credit union operations experience (required)
• Knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, Reg E, Check 21, ACH, BSA)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
