Job Description
Seeking an Exception Services Associate to support daily bank operations by researching, processing, and resolving exception items while ensuring compliance with banking regulations. What You'll Do
- Analyze, classify, and process exception items in accordance with bank policies
- Handle legal requests including levies and subpoenas
- Prepare and submit Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) in compliance with BSA
- Research and resolve account or transaction issues for branches and customers
- Provide operational support and guidance to internal teams What We're Looking For
- 3-4 years of bank or credit union operations experience (required)
- Knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, Reg E, Check 21, ACH, BSA)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
