The Group is rated "A (excellent)" continuously by A.M. Best since 2010, rated "A+" or "A" continuously by Standard & Poor's since 2014. In 2016, we set up China Re Singapore Branch with the approval of a license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Our office is located within Raffles Place, at CapitaGreen on Market Street. Currently, we are writing both life and general business in the Asia Pacific region. We are now seeking to fill the following position in our Singapore team.
Facultative Admin Executive Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the end-to-end management, verification, and execution of technical accounts for facultative risks
  • Review, validate, and book technical accounts (premiums, commissions, and brokerage) for facultative placements in accordance with slip terms and conditions
  • Maintain and update internal reinsurance databases, ensuring all risk entries, endorsement details, and financial transactions are accurately captured
  • Identify, investigate and resolve account variances or missing data points by collaborating directly with underwriting teams and external brokers
  • Ensure all processing adheres to internal underwriting guidelines, financial controls, and statutory regulatory standards
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in reinsurance accounting preferred, specifically Facultative business is highly advantageous. Fresh graduate with great attitude can be considered
  • Proficient in MS Office Suiteand reinsurance accounting and database management
  • Basic to solid understanding of facultative slip structures
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail
