Overview:
Wealth Management Associate Siharum Advisors, LLC (the "firm") is an independent investment advisory firm, formed to serve high net worth individuals and foundations. The firm's open
  • architecture platform offers consulting services to clients with greater than $20 million in assets, and discretionary asset management services to clients with greater than $2.
5 million in investable assets. Founded in 2008, the firm currently has over $750 million in assets under management and is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This position is responsible for delivering excellent service to customers and providing critical support to the firm's mission of offering premier wealth management solutions to its clients. The Wealth Management Associate reports to the Advisor Team and works closely with the Operations Team.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the firm's Advisors and Operations Team to ensure all client service needs are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership and oversee ongoing client requests and administration including cash movements, security transfers, account openings, tax reporting, and other ad-hoc client needs.
  • Assist in creating comprehensive client reports, letters, and presentations during the quarterly reporting cycle.
  • Utilize and maintain the firm's CRM software to ensure proper documentation and follow through of all actions related to clients.
  • Participate in client meetings when needed and take responsibility for all meeting preparations, notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Interact with third party custodians and administrators to obtain relevant information to facilitate client requirements.
  • Assist in the execution of new strategies and improved technologies to enhance the client experience and operational productivity.
  • Serve as a backup resource for the firm's trading and accounting platform, including daily trade and operational processes.
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
Skills:

Curious and eager to learn and add value in a fast paced environment. High degree of professionalism and confidence; ability to interact with all levels of an organization both internally and externally. Strong PC Skills (Microsoft Office) and demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies and systems quickly.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required 1-2 years of relevant financial services experience
