Complex Operations Associate RBC Capital Markets, LLC 401(k) United States, Minnesota, Minneapolis Aug 21, 2026 Job Description What is the opportunity? Join RBC Wealth Management as a Complex Operations Associate and help our complex branch offices run efficiently. You will handle cashiering duties and ensure the accuracy of client transactions. You will also interact with employees throughout the branches within the complex. At RBC Wealth Management, your career progression matters to us. Accurately record all checks, securities and coupons received from clients and ensure that they are credited to the proper accounts. Transmit all checks received for deposit to Minneapolis on a daily basis. Promptly and accurately notify the respective Financial Advisor and/or Client Associate of all checks received
Enter all syndicate tickets promptly and ensure they are completed properly with the required documentation on file and management approvals
Facilitate the timely correction of any trade-related errors by following processes for cancelling and rebilling trades in compliance with RBC's regulatory policies and procedures
Perform general office responsibilities including opening and distributing mail, stamping outgoing mail, and maintaining correspondence as required by RBC What do you need to succeed? Must-have 1+ years general office experience
Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
Strong interpersonal, organizational and verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-have Associate's or Bachelor's degree or job-related experience
Prior financial services experience
Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65)

- $55,000, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.
