Hybrid Job Description This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with foundational banking experience who are looking to obtain a Client Series 7 license and transition into a long-term career with one of the largest bank in the world. Position Overview
This role supports Bank's Brokerage Services business by delivering exceptional service to High Net Worth (HNW), Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW), and Institutional clients. The associate will serve as a key point of contact for brokerage account-related inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and professional support. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming client inquiries via phone related to brokerage accounts, account servicing, and transaction support.
Research and resolve complex client issues independently or in partnership with internal business partners across multiple departments.
Execute brokerage transactions and fulfill client service requests in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify and uncover outside assets and make referrals to appropriate business units to support client retention, relationship deepening, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Wealth Advisors on trade- and service-related inquiries, including:
Managed Accounts
Structured Products
Account Opening support
Salesforce-related questions and servicing requests
Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality while supporting affluent and institutional client relationships. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with affluent clients, advisors, and internal business partners.
Experience in banking, brokerage, wealth management, or financial services operations is preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
