Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Simply Group (Simply Vegas) is one of the fastest-growing independent luxury brokerages in the country, and we are ready to go national. We are not looking to franchise a logo. We are looking to build a network of true joint venture partnerships with the most elite mega agents across the Western United States. As our Vice President of National Growth, you will be the architect of our western expansion across Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and California. You will identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with top-producing mega agents with $50M+ in annual volume who have the market presence, team infrastructure, and entrepreneurial drive to co-own a brokerage under the Simply flag. What makes this opportunity unlike anything else in the industry: Simply operates as a fully vertically integrated real estate company. Every brokerage we open expands an entire ecosystem. Our sister company, Clear Title, moves simultaneously into each new market alongside our brokerage operations, giving our JV partners access to an in-house title company from day one. You will hold direct ownership in every brokerage and every market you open. This is not a corporate title. This is a seat at the table in every market you build, with equity that compounds as the network grows toward a national exit.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Market Identification and Target Sourcing Research and map high-growth markets across our seven-state western expansion footprint. Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of target markets based on volume, competitive density, and opportunity timing. Coordinate market entry with Clear Title's simultaneous launch planning to ensure both entities open together in every market. Mega Agent Identification and Recruitment Identify elite agents and team leaders in target markets built for brokerage ownership. Develop outreach strategies, build relationships, and move prospects from introduction through signed partnership agreement. The ideal JV partner is an established mega producer who wants actual ownership in a brokerage, not just another cap model. Partnership Deal Structuring Work alongside Simply ownership to develop and present JV partnership terms. Guide prospective partners through the full business model including brokerage ownership economics, the revenue advantages of integrated title services through Clear Title, and the value of the most agent-centric independent luxury brand in the country. Brokerage and Title Launch Oversight Own the playbook for standing up each new market: broker licensing, branding, office buildout, systems integration, agent onboarding, and operational readiness for both the brokerage and the Clear Title operation. Coordinate directly with Clear Title leadership to ensure synchronized market entry in every city. Ongoing Market Portfolio Leadership Serve as the key corporate liaison for each new market partner. Support growth, accountability to shared performance standards, and cross-utilization of integrated services across the brokerage and title operations. As your portfolio of open markets grows, so does your ownership footprint. National Brand Positioning Represent Simply at national industry events, conferences, and in media as a thought leader in independent brokerage expansion and the vertically integrated brokerage model.
WHO YOU ARE
You have been inside a large national brokerage or real estate holding company and you know how the machine works, and exactly where it breaks down. You understand the difference between an agent who produces and an agent who can lead a market. You have a track record of building relationships at the highest levels of the real estate industry, and you know how to close the right people on the right opportunity. You are tired of executing someone else's bureaucratic playbook. You want equity in what you are building.
You likely have:
8+ years in real estate brokerage, expansion, or franchise development at a national or regional level A proven track record of recruiting and partnering with high-volume agents and team leaders Experience overseeing the launch of new brokerage locations or markets Familiarity with title, mortgage, or ancillary real estate services and how vertical integration creates competitive advantage Deep knowledge of brokerage business models, commission structures, and P&L dynamics Strong existing relationships with top producers and team leaders in the Western U.S. The ability to travel nationally for in-person relationship development (30 to 40%)

COMPENSATION AND OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE
This role is built for someone who thinks like an owner, because you will be one at every level.
Base Salary:
$150,000 to $200,000 commensurate with experience
Launch Bonus:
Performance cash bonus paid upon successful opening of each new market
Per-Market Equity:
Direct ownership stake in the LLC of every brokerage you identify, negotiate, and open, your portfolio built market by market across seven states
Parent Company Equity:
A stake in the Simply Group parent entity, positioning you for upside in the company's long-term growth and any future liquidity event
Revenue Override:
An ongoing percentage of system-wide GCI across all markets in your portfolio, creating compounding passive income as the network scales
Annual Performance Bonus:
Tied to system-wide volume milestones across all open markets, payable quarterly
Clear Title Integration:
Every market you open includes a simultaneous Clear Title launch, meaning your equity footprint covers the full vertically integrated operation, not just the brokerage The base salary is the floor, not the ceiling. The wealth in this role is built in the equity you accumulate market by market and in your stake in a company being built intentionally toward a national exit. Seven states. Multiple markets per state. Each one a piece of something you helped create.
