About the Role The Investment Sales Associate is a full?time, on?site role focused on commercial property investment sales across Brooklyn. Associates benefit from structured training, hands?on deal exposure, and direct mentorship from senior professionals. Within TerraCRG's specialization model, you will work across defined territories and asset types, cultivating relationships and executing deals in one of the most dynamic markets in the country. Responsibilities Source new business through proactive outreach, cold calling, canvassing, and relationship building. Conduct market research, understanding and tracking property ownership, and property?level due diligence across assigned Brooklyn neighborhoods, maintaining detailed records of activity on the company CRM system. Canvas neighborhoods to photograph assets, assess market activity, and track new developments. Attend industry and networking events to connect with owners, investors, and developers. Assist in preparing valuations, offering memoranda, marketing proposals, and financial analyses. Support client engagement, negotiations, and transaction management from pitch through closing. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree required (not required for the interview process). Understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, valuation, finance, and market dynamics. Love to build new relationships through cold calls and networking. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Highly motivated self?starter with strong organizational discipline and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously. Coachable, collaborative, and aligned with TerraCRG's values of integrity, expertise, and a Brooklyn?centric focus. Team?oriented individual with the ability to work closely across TerraCRG divisions (investment sales, research, leasing). Candidates are required to obtain a New York Salesperson or Associate Broker license (not required for the interview process). CRE investment sales, leasing, research, or related brokerage experience preferred. Consistent high performance reflected in athletic involvement, personal accolades, and leadership contributions.
