Responsibilities:
- Support the management and launch of Morgan Stanley Deposit Products across Advised or Self-Directed channel
- Drive project management of new products and/or initiatives from pilot through launch; coordinate cross-functional deliverables across Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance
- Provide data & analytics to inform decision-making, monitor financial performance, and develop key performance metrics
- Develop presentations to senior management and regulators to inform pricing and/or product strategies
- Analyze competitive strategies across the industry and synthesize actionable insights
- Prepare financial forecasts for Senior Management
- Draft client communications and collaborate with cross functional partners to develop and implement Deposit Products marketing strategy
- Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Audit on an ongoing and project-based basis to ensure adherence to rules, regulations and heightened standards
- Support Financial Advisors and Private Bankers in the marketing of all deposit products and the resolution of any escalated client issues Experience
- 2-4 years of professional experience
- Wealth Management, Management Consulting, and/or project management experience is a plus
- General knowledge of retail and private banking products
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any STEM field Skills/Abilities
- Strategic and growth-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex problems, perform independent analysis, and produce actional insights
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SQL and other programming languages is a plus
- Strong project management capability; ability to plan and execute multiple workstreams and partners, and keep initiatives moving from concepts to delivery
