Principal Broker The Valessi Group Knoxville, TN Job Details Full-time | Contract 23 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Sales Customer service Team leadership Real Estate Broker Creativity Contracts Senior leadership Full Job Description Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Tennessee Principal Broker to oversee brokerage compliance, support agent development, and assist with the implementation of operational standards and best practices. The Principal Broker will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Tennessee real estate laws and regulations while supporting the growth and success of affiliated agents. Responsibilities Maintain an active Tennessee Principal Broker License in good standing. Oversee brokerage compliance with Tennessee Real Estate Commission regulations. Review contracts, disclosures, and transaction documentation. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and Equal Housing Opportunity requirements. Support agent onboarding, training, and development. Provide guidance regarding brokerage policies and procedures. Maintain transaction records and compliance documentation. Assist with risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives. Mentor and support affiliated agents. Promote professionalism and exceptional customer service. Continue personal real estate sales activities if desired. Qualifications Active Tennessee Principal Broker License. Strong knowledge of Tennessee real estate law and brokerage operations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to ethical business practices and customer service. Prior brokerage leadership experience preferred. Compensation Compensation includes Broker oversight responsibilities and commission opportunities. The selected candidate may continue to represent buyers and sellers and earn commissions on personal production in accordance with brokerage policies.
